Return Policy

Black Friday Visa Deal Rules:

When Purchasing the 2023 Black Friday Visa Coilover deal they are no refunds on the $50 Giftcard, If you return the Product we will Deduct the $50 from the refund balance. No Exemptions on this. 

all custom orders can not be refunded, orders from ESS, Magnuson, whipple chargers will not be refunded after confirmation email. No exceptions. 

FV Suspension Cancellation: Due to it being a custom order There is a FV Air Struts and Coilovers 24 Hour Grace Period After Placing order to Cancel your Order. After 24 hours your order can not be Canceled or Returned Unless its Defective and proven by Manufacturer. No Exceptions.

FV Suspension factory warranty is 1 year from date of purchase, warranty does not transfer over to used buyer.

I sold or crashed my car can i get a refund?: there is no refunds on any FV suspension product due to them being built per order. we understand that stuff happens but that's beyond our control. 

My vehicle has different suspension on it and does not match OEM fitment, can i get a refund?: We build our kits off vin number or Trim and year customer gives us. we do not do refunds on cars that have custom or different suspension than there oem fitment.

Effective January 2022 BC Racing North America will require a 20% restocking fee on ALL cancellations for custom builds or out of stock items.

The 20% restocking fee is based on the MAP price of the item(s) as advertised by BC Racing North America. Also covers our wire fees and payments for back and forth transactions. 

An out of stock item is anything that is shipping from bc racing manufacturing plant to you. If an order that is being shipped from overseas to the customer is cancelled same 20% fee will apply. 

A custom build is anything that requires a valving change, custom length shocks, custom spring rates, super low and or any other modification from the normal stocking configuration that is listed on the Vendor Application List.

A standard kit is the default kit.

Bc racing has a strict 14 day return policy meaning 14 days from when you recieved the item. If 14 days has passed since you recieved the package You will not be able To return or exchange that item. If item is installed or has any signs of install, item will not be refunded or replaced. If your exchanging or returning a item please do not install it. 

General Return Policy for all Other Items sold on Fitted Visions:

They will be a 20% Restocking fee for all other Products sold on Fitted visions, No Exemptions For most brands All returns must be made within 30 days of delivery for most brands, Returns are only accepted when an item has not been used, test fitted, or damaged. Before a return can be started you must first contact us via Email at to receive an RMA number and proper authorization to return the order. ALL brands will require you  to pay return shipping. 

  Always insure your return shipping and document tracking for it. We are not responsible for a lost or damaged return. 



Universal Air Return PolicyThere is a 35% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Again you MUST contact us within 7 days if you intend to return ANY item sent from our store. Items returned to us AFTER 7 days and WITHOUT contacting us, will NOT be refunded. After 7 days we can not refund or credit your order.

UAS custom parts are non Refundable.


 Restocking Fees for most Brands but FV Suspension. 

  • Standard Restocking Fee below 48 Hours is - 20%
  • Custom Order Restocking Fee is - 30%
  • Damaged Order Fee is - TBD
  • Custom Orders Canceled after 48hrs -30%

  Returned orders that are found to be damaged , installed, partially installed, dirty, or the packaging has been destroyed will incur extra fees as they are no longer in sellable condition. That fee is dependent on the amount of damage and at the discretion of Fitted Visions. 

Any Returns past 30 days of delivery are at the sole discretion of Fitted Visions and may not be accepted.  All returns outside our policy guidelines can be subject to a restocking fee of up to 30-50% of the total purchase price.

We reserve the right to refuse or deny any returns.  

Why is my refund less than I paid? 

All orders that have been payment processed but canceled before shipping will incur a 5% payment processing fee. ( this is the fee payment processing companies charge us , but do not return when we refund a transaction ) 


All prices are in USD. All orders will ship via UPS or Fedex to provide the fastest, and most secure services available. We ship primarily UPS for Domestic & international orders, unless a customer has a specific preference. After your order has shipped an Email will be sent to update you of the order status and provide tracking information.

"Free shipping" Is valid only on orders shipping to the lower 48 states. Orders being shipped Internationally or to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico will incur shipping fees.

Shipping Errors: We are not Responsible for Shipping errors with any of our Shipping companies like UPS-DHL-Fed ex or USPS, If a item was delivered and signed and it gets lost or stolen, You will have to file a Claim with that Shipping company. Claims are all out of our Hand, there is no exception on this. 

All Orders will be shipped to Billing Address, If you need your order shipped to another address other than your billing address, Please email us a Copy of your Id with billing address. we do this due to fraud.

Express Shipping - Overnight Shipping

All Express Shipments must be called in by Phone  (732) 329-7511 or email 

Orders must be in by 12pm Eastern time to get processed same day. Our ups pickup is at 4pm eastern. Orders after 12 will be processed the next business days.  So you can not order Friday at 7pm and expect to get your order Saturday even with overnight shipping.  We would process that order on Monday. 

Shipping does not start the day you order please remember that. 

Duty Fees
International customers need to be aware that your government may charge duties/taxes on your product at delivery. Fitted VIsions does not pay the taxes and fees.  The customer is responsible to do the research and understand these fees, we do not have the resources to quote these costs.


If an order is returned to us due to a customer’s failure to pay the necessary international fees, the cost of return shipping will be applied to the customer’s refund when the order is canceled. A restocking fee will also be charged. We can not give you the exact fees your border will charge, fees are all up to them and not Fitted Visions LLC or FV Suspension,

 Price Policy

We do our best to maintain accurate pricing at all times but Fitted Visions, LLC can not be held responsible for incorrectly listed prices. Prices may fluctuate without notice do to increased material costs or exchange rate changes. We try our best to follow current map and retail pricing. 


Order Policy

All orders are final. If you wish to add items after the order has been placed, you must place an additional order. Orders cannot be combined. Customers have 30 days to verify the contents of their packages. After 30 days, Fitted Visions releases their liability on the contents of those packages with no exception on this. 

Orders Made wit Affirm and Sezzle Takes 2-3 days to Process. 

Product Usage Policy

The products sold by Fitted visions, LLC are intended for show and off-road use only. It is the responsibility of the customer to follow all pertinent laws with regard to air suspension usage.

Coupon Code and Promotion Policy

Only one promotion can be used per order. Tier 1,2,3 sales and promotional codes only apply to full kit orders that include both front and rear air struts and/or bag kits from Air Lift Company or Fv suspension
